| This position will help manage the maintenance departments for numerous properties within Texas and take a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects. This position will meet the company’s established standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals.

| Experience: |
| Qualified candidates will have previous maintenance experience in the industry. Must be able to run tickets. Prior experience of good work order track record and/or cost efficient strategies a must. HVAC certification is preferred. |

This position will be based out of Houston with 60% travel within Texas.
