We are currently seeking a Level 2 Application Analyst to provide second line technical and application support to Bally System Customers and Employees and acts as an advocate for any user issues. They must exhibit the customer service, written, verbal, and phone skills necessary to represent Bally Systems in a favorable manor to enhance the Customer’s customer service experience.
The Applicant must also have the attention to detail necessary to ensure that an accurate problem determination is made, a plan to troubleshoot / fix the problem is created, and the final findings are accurately relayed to the appropriate parties. As this position is in a fast-paced environment, the Applicant must be able to adapt to the changes and multi-task if necessary. There is a potential for travel in this position and the Applicant will be part of an on call rotation.
Requirements
  • Superior written, verbal and telephone skills
  • Working knowledge of AIZ, Linux, AS400, DB2, SQL (DBU), C / C++, Visual Basic / Basic, Java or Windows
  • Previous experience in Gaming or IT related industry experience
  • Programming skills preferred
  • Experience with Casino or Slot Managment systems and/or SDS slot application preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
