We are currently seeking an Installation Specialist to assist Bally clients with software and hardware matters for upgrades, installations, and field services.
 
Duties

  • Assisting in set up and configuration of the software application in site specific settings;
  • Support during Go-Live in a new installation and support in all upgrade situations whether on-site or via modem.
  • Troubleshooting reported conditions in the software, hardware and network configuration;
  • Upgrading customer software to newer versions;
  • Instructing / training customers in the use of the software;
  • Tracking all contacts with customers through Clientele;
  • Offer suggestions and support to internal Bally team.

Requirements

  • One-year of experience in a technical capacity related to computers, and Casino operations.
  • Knowledge of slot maintenance, surveillance, MIS operations, cage and audit procedures, slot floor procedures and/or marketing preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent gaming industry experience.
  • Ability to Travel extensively
