We are currently seeking a Client Project Manager to manage assigned major clients, including maintaining relations, generating sales opportunities, coordinating projects and installations, follow up on issues, and intra-company communication on client activity.
Duties
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relations with assigned clients, which can include a specific corporate account or a group of specified accounts.
  • Identifies opportunities for additional product sales at customer sites based on knowledge of company products available versus what is currently installed.
  • Ensures that client personnel are properly trained, including providing information on training opportunities.
  • Coordinate projects and use of personnel with appropriate departments managers and supervisors to ensure efficient manpower usage and meet installation objectives.
  • Complete required status and activity reports for all service projects, installations, upgrades, sales and outstanding issues.
  • Insures staging of systems are completed in a timely manner relative to installation schedules, and checks are put in place to guarantee accurate loading of correct software versions and parameters.
  • Maintains awareness relative to compliance issues and status.
  • Responsible for supervision of development and training of subordinates on assigned projects, and evaluation of their work performance.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of four years' experience on any of Bally Systems custom software applications and equipment (SDS, CMP, iSeries) or a similar industry application.
  • Experience with AIX, SQL, DB2 and/or UNIX
  • Sales or Account Management experience a plus.
  • Must possess the ability and experience to manage and coordinate assigned staff.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license issued within the United States and a clean driving record.
  • Business Management, Computer
  • Science Degree or equivalent experience in software installation and implementation of computer systems.
  • Must be able to obtain Gaming Licensing
  • Ability to travel extensively
