The Nurse Manager of the Main OR reports to the Director of Surgical Services.  The Main OR consists of 21 Operating rooms - Ortho, Neuro, Otolarynology, Plastics, Oral Surgery, Peds, Peds CT, GU, GYN, Trauma (Level 1), Transplant (liver & kidney).  The Nurse Manager ensures the provision of his/her departments in collaboration with other health professionals in an environment that is respectful of others, accountable for outcomes and adaptive to change.  The Director of the Main Operating Room (Nurse Manager) is responsible for the planning and comprehensive operations of department/unit on a 24-hour basis.

The Manager of Direct to Consumer will assist in the development and implementation of the brand’s North American e-commerce strategy on third party dot com sites (all non ahavaus.com e-retailers). This position will manage all aspects of the skincare on-line business that pertains to third party retailers.  This role will be responsible for meeting sales goals and implementing marketing programs in this channel that align with the direction towards profitable growth of AHAVA products in North America. Partners with the VP of Sales and Director of Ecommerce & Social Media to designate online elements specific to AHAVA North America needs and ensure the execution of all marketing initiatives driven for the online platform with the brand’s third party on-line retailers (Amazon, Skinstore, Quidsi, etc).
